Enjoy free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable. No-shows will be billed in full.
Of course. Once you have ridden with one of our drivers, you can name them in any future booking, subject to their schedule. Many of our members ride with the same chauffeur for years.
Yes, infant, toddler, and booster seats are available. Note them in the special requests field at booking, or tell our concierge.
Every airport pickup is tracked in real time. We offer 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after wheels-down. Beyond that, standard hourly rates apply.
We do. House accounts include monthly invoicing, dedicated account manager, and named-driver continuity. Contact our concierge to discuss terms.
